Rebates are based on the number of gallons purchased at Wawa-branded locations each month with a Wawa fleet card. This promotional rebate offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time prior to your submission of an application. Rebates may not be allowed where prohibited by law and apply only to fuel purchases made with the Wawa Fleet or Universal Card at participating Wawa locations in the U.S. Rebates will appear as a credit on your billing statement, and earned when balances due are timely paid pursuant to the terms and conditions of your account agreement.

¤The Zero Fraud Liability benefit covers unauthorized use of your Wawa fuel card when your account is in good standing. To access this benefit you must report the unauthorized use of your Wawa fuel card within 60 days of your billing date, maintain reasonable security policies and controls for the access, use, and protection of all Wawa fuel cards and related card information, and cooperate fully with any investigation regarding the possible unauthorized use of your card. “Unauthorized use” means the use of the account or a card by a person who does not have actual, implied, or apparent authority for such use, and from which the company receives no benefit. Any use of the Wawa fuel card when your card controls are set to “Emergency” are not qualified for this benefit. For full details, see your Wawa Account and Services Agreement.
